Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern to support our General Manager. This role will involve a variety of administrative, coordination, and HR-related tasks. You will gain valuable experience working closely with the management team and assist in daily operations, communication, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the calendar
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up tasks
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Support event planning and organize team activities
- Help manage social media platforms and content scheduling
- Draft reports, presentations, and handle other documentation needs
- Provide general administrative support as required

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of social media management is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
