So what's the Personal Assistant going to do

Ultimately, you're going to help an extremely busy CEO based in London trying to juggle work / life and a growing technology business in multiple time zones.

The role will cover 3 areas:

  • Admin and operations - work with wider teams in different markets to remove non essential activities from the CEO's plate including HR support.

  • Support with Marketing initiative including social media support

  • Support personal including Family/financial matters

    The role requires someone with an amazing can do approach and a sense of calm and fun during the busy times - of which there are many.

    Candidates must possess a proactive approach and not be shy with ensuring the job gets done (at whatever hour of the day).

    Weve recently close the physical office in Damansara Utama, so this role will initially work from home until a new location is found or a co-working space.
  • Key responsibilities:
Manage the CEOs time effectively and remove non-essential items from his to do list
  • Diary management and coordination including personal
Coordinate multi-time zone meetings and travel
  • Plan, schedule and book international travel and manage complex itineraries inc personal
Financial administration support inc personal
  • Oversee all offices and work effectively with key management to provide updates to the CEO
Put in place better working practises to ensure the business runs smoother
  • Work closely with the business leadership team
  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Min. 5 years as a PA in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • UK PA/work experience is preferred
High attention to detail and efficient / organised
  • Lateral, proactive, with a can do attitude
Experience of managing a family household
  • Passion for creativity and mobile marketing a bonus, as is use of Adobe toolkit
UK Degree preferable with excellent Microsoft office esp. PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English a must and Mandarin a bonus
Work well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative
  • Able to function under pressure and deliver high standards under tight deadlines
Support with family matters to help create a better balance
  • Help facilitate a better work life balance for the CEO

The role offers an attractive salary, bonus tied to subscriptions and stock options will be provided upon completion of key milestones.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Personal Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
read and write mandarin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
HR: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Xero: 1 year (Preferred)
* living or working in UK or US: 1 year (Preferred)
