Requirements Minimum 1 year working experience as Personal Assistant (or any other relevant jobs)
Willing to travel and work during weekend/Public holidays when required
Proficient in spoken and written: Tamil, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Able to multi-task and work under high pressure
Good communication skills, excellent planning and organization skills, great problem-solving skills
Tactful, hardworking, trustworthy, mature and able to maintain CONFIDENTIALITY at all time
Fast learner, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and objectives
Must have own transport
Provide office administrative and secretarial supports to the director on daily basis and be able to contact during non-office hours
Handling the personal and P&C matters for the director
Maintain strict confidential and interact professionally with all levels of managements, directors, business partners.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by time to time
Assist for daily office activities and company operations
Coordinate household needs
Drive as needed both in Klang Valley and when travelling
Independent & high efficiency
Self-driven, take initiatives & responsibilities in handling director's tasks
