Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director (MD) and internal/external clients (dealing mainly with our China Counterparts) Bankers and Hong Kong clients.
Screen and collate information and distribute legal documents.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Take dictation and minutes.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Requirement:
No experience is needed as training is provided.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
MS Office and Mandarin proficiency is a requirement.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Up to date with latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Discretion and confidentiality.
