Job Description
- Personal Assistant to CEO in a manufacturing company
Responsible to assist the CEO in office matters such as sales, purchasing, administration and interdepartmental coordination- File and maintain documentation related to factory compliance audits
Manage all files/documents systematically under sections and departments
- Coordinate office administrative work
Assist CEO in local purchases through seeking quotation, negotiation and follow ups with supplier- Fill in forms and submit necessary documents to government department
Deal with incoming inquiries and requests, corresponding emails and calls on behalf of the CEO
- To prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Create meeting minutes, record minutes and conduct follow ups- Prepare monthly reports to the CEO and monitor tasks given by CEO
To file, organize the CEO's documentation and maintain records in an orderly manner
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 5+ Year(s) of working experience.
- Able to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision
Good management, communication and interpersonal skill, punctual, attentive to details and able to multi-task- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin Speaking clients
