RESPONSIBILITIES:- Keep & maintain an accurate record of schedule, deadlines, etc. on behalf of the MD where necessary;
Good time management skills;- Follow MD to attend any meetings or events, take notes and minutes during meeting;
Managing diaries and schedule meetings & appointments for MD;
- Reminding MD on the important tasks and deadlines;
Assist MD on daily routine, bookings, meeting, assignments;- Handle private and confidential documents and ensure they remain secure;
Must be able to converse with people and also handle helper problems;
- Teamwork and must be easy to reach during emergency, might need to reach in the evening;
Hotel or restaurant reservations;- Handle simple accounting jobs (pay bills & filing related correspondence / documents);
Provide support to the MD in daily administrative needs including managing flight / ground transportation, visa applications, hotel booking, expense claims, travel claims and etc;
- Handling the MD daily routine;
Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned;- Charismatic individual, good appearance, presentable and always portray a good impression about the company.
Possess at least SPM/diploma in Secretary or relevant file;
Preferable candidate with at least 0-2 years of working experience in the field;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has positive attitude;- Able to work under minimum supervision;
Ability to multitask;
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office;- Reliable and trustworthy;
Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results;
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
