Key Responsibilities:- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence by drafting, proofreading, and managing emails and other communications in both English and Mandarin.- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings and events.
- Oversee office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.
Organize personal appointments and manage personal correspondence.- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
