Key Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all engagements are well-organized and conflicts are resolved promptly.
Communication:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft, proofread, and edit documents as needed.Administrative Support:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and handle any travel-related issues.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, meetings, and social gatherings. Ensure all logistical details are arranged and executed seamlessly.
Personal Errands:
Assist with personal tasks and errands for the [Executive/CEO/Manager/Director] as needed, including managing personal appointments and handling special requests.Office Management:
Oversee the organization and maintenance of the office space. Order office supplies and manage inventory.
