Responsibilities:- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team/manager/individual.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
- Provide personal support, including managing personal appointments, handling personal correspondence, and coordinating personal tasks and errands.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team/manager/individual and other staff members, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for projects.
- Handle any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or personal assistance preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
