Manage CEO's day-to-day office and personal tasks, including calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and prioritizing important deliverables.- Maintain accurate calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are kept in order.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Arrange and manage CEO's private and business related travel, including domestic and international travel plans, flights, and accommodations.
Coordinate with the CEO's driver on the daily itinerary, pick up time and travel location.- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Requirement
- Good command of written and spoken Malay & English
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role supporting top-level executives.- Experience in secretarial duties
