Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-
  • Design, implement, and manage an effective performance management system that aligns with the company's objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance expectations and goals for all employees.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in performance management processes.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Implement career development programs and succession planning to nurture internal talent.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant training sessions.
  • Provide guidance to employees on career development opportunities within the organization.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the impact of performance and talent management initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators related to HR functions.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for improvements.
  • Job Requirements: -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance management, talent management and training.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM10,
  • 00 - RM13,000.00 per month
