ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Performance Marketing Specialists work with Account teams, Creative teams, and SEO Specialists to drive not only daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Market Platforms (GMP) & related programmatic platforms, but important business outcomes for SearchGuru clients.

To be considered, candidates should preferably be residing in Malaysia and must be eligible to work in Malaysia.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for determining and executing best in class Paid Media strategies to drive key business outcomes for SearchGuru clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Market Platforms (GMP) & related programmatic platforms
• Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on insights
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics
• Monitor, assess, and react to competitor strategies
• Manage relationships and liaise with clients about their campaigns regularly and lead team accounts
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior specialists
• Help clients formulate digital marketing strategies
• Uncover, understand, and achieve client goals and business objectives through campaign customisation
• Ensuring that all client deliverables include actionable insights and analysis of past results, performance trends, relevant industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps

ABOUT YOU

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate diploma or professional degree in Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communication
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in paid ads. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (only Thai candidates)
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Internet-savvy and comfortable working with numbers and charts
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Knowledge in web design and HTML is an added advantage
