The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms. This role includes managing paid campaigns on established channels such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Google Ads PPC/GDN) and exploring new digital media platforms (DMPs) like TikTok, LinkedIn, and others that drive value. A key focus will be on optimizing cost-efficiency and maximizing conversions through a strategic, data-driven approach. The ideal candidate should be agile and forward-thinking, adapting quickly to emerging platforms and technologies to stay ahead in a dynamic digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging DMPs, ensuring campaigns are data-informed and aligned with business goals.
- Oversee Programmatic Display Marketing initiatives with platforms such as Sociomantic, Criteo, and other demand-side platforms (DSPs), managing bids and audience targeting to drive efficiency and reach.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and display campaign management on Google Ads and other search engine advertising platforms.
- Continuously evaluate new platforms and tools to identify opportunities for strategic paid media investment, expanding beyond traditional channels.
- Collaborate on ad creative development and A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and align creative messaging with campaign objectives.
- Lead efforts in retargeting and display remarketing campaigns to enhance conversions and ROI across channels.
- Implement a robust test-and-learn methodology across all campaigns, focusing on incremental improvements through experimentation and optimization.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and user acquisition funnels, providing detailed reports and actionable insights for stakeholders to drive ongoing improvements.
- Build and nurture relationships with platform representatives and service providers to ensure high service levels and that campaign KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in paid social, PPC, and performance marketing, with proven expertise in digital marketing and analytics.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, with experience in other paid media platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic DSPs) considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of effective budgeting strategies for campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives within allocated resources.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data-driven decision-making to drive performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
