- Campaign Management:
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad networks.
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to optimise performance metrics and achieve desired KPIs.
- Performance Analysis:
- Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and assess the performance of campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on deep-dive data analyses to enhance campaign success.
- Budget Management:
- Efficiently allocate and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimised spend to achieve the best ROI.
Present regular reports on campaign expenditures and profitability.
- Landing Page & Ad Optimisation:
- Collaborate with content and design teams to optimise landing pages for conversions, employing A/B testing methodologies to determine the most effective strategies.
A/B test ad creatives and copy to identify high-performing variants
Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing across all relevant platforms.- Proactively test and incorporate new strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work cohesively with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of performance marketing strategies with overarching company objectives.
Engage with the creative team to produce compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Reporting:
- Deliver detailed campaign performance reports, providing insights, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification.
- Solid experience managing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
- Expertise in using digital analytics tools, especially Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical acumen with an ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill
