POSITION PURPOSE (About the Role)Reporting to the Managing Director / GM of Marketing, you will plan, execute and optimise our online marketing efforts and assist to deliver the business & brands marketing strategy across the full digital portfolio including Meta, Google, TikTok, Lazada & Shopee. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding metaverse & digital marketing. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce the marketing campaign.
- POSITION DESCRIPTION (Duties & Responsibilities)
The Performance Marketing Executive will be supporting the GM of Marketing with execution of performance marketing strategies in achieving the business and brand objectives.
- Develop, execute, and optimize funnel-based ads while meeting various campaign objectives and maximizing business ROI to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales.
Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns for Meta, Google, TikTok, Lazada & Shopee on-platform ads with differentiated audience strategy.
- Able to conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to evaluate & improve conversion rates across the brands digital platform & ads campaign.
Track and report campaign key metrics with the ability to perform timely optimization, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven suggestions to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).- Able to recommend optimisation action plans to brand team base on the key metrics.
Create A/B testing to evaluate the most effective campaign strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth, timely & integrated campaign execution.
Brainstorm and contribute ideas during the planning of integrated marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.- Plan & work within budget of assigned campaign/projects.
Retain brands competitive edge by staying current on market trends, target audience segmentation, competitor activities, and the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions.
- Initiate, coordinate and execute ad-hoc assignments, where required.
Able to work on campaigns with tight deadlines.- Assist the GM of Marketing
- POSITION REQUIREMENTS (academic, experience, competencies etc.)
SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
With at least 2 years relevant working experience.
Willingness to learn and constantly strive to positively contribute to the team with a go-getter attitude.
Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being independent, proactive, meticulous, data-driven with creative problem-solving skills are key to grow within the organization.
Able to communicate with various level of people.
-Knowledge of Mandarin is required as you will need to liaise with the Chinese community.
