The Performance Manager is a position where Programmatic Strategy (PS) and Campaign Management (CM) fundamentals will be learned through hands-on training: from client service, project management, forecasting, and financial considerations to campaign setup, reporting, optimization, and vendor evaluation. Coordinators will naturally start to lean towards a PS or CM specialty approximately 9 months to 1 year into the role, providing a clear path for future growth within the organization.
Key Job responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Assist with campaign kickoff documents
Schedule team and vendor meetings
Own data entry and ensure accuracy of IO parameters in Adminer's internal campaign tracking system
Master financial calculations.
Complete basic training in relevant DSP and/or social PMD platforms, based on campaign assignment
Learn capabilities and distinguishing features of our ad tech partners via attending demos, reviewing in-house materials, and conducting independent research.
Assist senior team members with building campaign shell in relevant platform.
Own and execute programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms for an assigned set of client accounts.
Conduct daily monitoring of campaign block rates, viewability, and discrepancies.
Pull pacing reporting and monitor daily campaign delivery.
Identify potential performance/technical issues and escalate to appropriate team member.
Carry out optimization adjustments within relevant DSP console per direction of senior team members.
Hone media math and Excel skills, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Performance Manager or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of performance management software and tools
