The Change Management Specialist, APAC you will support the regional change strategy and supporting initiatives by applying change management methodologies, communication planning, and organizational readiness support to PPGs S/4 Transformation. You will also have responsibility for supporting the creation of the change strategy, plan and execution for prioritized APAC initiatives and scope within the program. You will support the APAC region execution of change management activities to foster relationships between the Connect PPG organization and its team members.
You will have dual reporting structure; The Change Management Specialist, APAC PPG Transformation will report to the People Readiness Operations Lead role within the program, and organizationally report to the Senior Manager of PPGs Global Business Services Change Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and understand the current state of our capacity for change and identifying the gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Identification and analysis of change impacts related to the APAC region.
Deliver change management plans that foster transparency, collaboration, and feedback.
Establish and implement change tactics to support overall regional change needs, including:
Support and accomplish people readiness objectives that enable PPG S/4 Transformation
Introduce and increase adoption targets of new data standards and processes.
Support Activation and adoption of a new system changes for PPG
Change specialists will lead a functional area that could include a single process or establish implementation requirements.
Measure and evaluate the impact and outcomes of the people readiness activities and interventions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and progress by soliciting and incorporating feedback and best practices
Qualifications
Professional with 5 Years of relevant experience in change management and/ technology or business-related transformation support
A bachelors degree in business, technology, organizational change management, communications, or a related field.
Understanding of change management methodologies, approaches and tools
Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies
