- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers/ leaders
- To deliver customized and forward-looking solutions, initiatives and policies
- To tackle complex issues faced by the company.
- Act as the performance improvement driver to influence positive changes in the business environment/culture
- Manage complex topics and take a consultative approach and act as a key advisor to the leadership team.
- Come up with innovative ideas to attract and retain talent.
- Align business objectives with HR initiatives and solutions for both employees and business managers.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
