THE OPPORTUNITY
The successful candidate will:
- Be involved in the coordination and administration of the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, to offboarding
- Work closely with the People Team to implement HR best practices and processes
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, such as planning for company events, administrative matters and maintaining a great work environment
- Be the first point of contact for HR issues such as compensation and benefits administration, general policy queries and other employment-related issues for regional employees
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day Human Resources operations and follow-ups of discussions
- Support the Human Resources Team in any assigned administrative and ad-hoc tasks
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Business, Human Resource, Psychology, or any other relevant fields of study
- Min. 4 years of working experience in HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
- Experience in processing payroll for Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia
- Ability to read and write in Chinese is mandatory for administering Chinese related HR matters
- Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to take initiative
- Proficient working knowledge of computer systems, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Pay: Up to RM 6,000.00 per month
