Job descriptionAssists in preparation of company full sets of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, stock reconciliation and related matters. with speed and accuracy
Handle daily documentation/report preparation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
Assist for purchasing matters, and identifying purchasing needs and liaise with supplier
Assist daily payment checking for account receivables reconciliation
Check on daily parcel out movement Receive and verify courier invoices and ensuring all transactions are valid
Ensure all documents and records are well organized
