1) Day to day operations of payroll administration functions and duties (collect timesheets and preparing report).
2) Review and confirm the accuracy of payroll, time and leave management data in HRIS (Human Resource Management) system. Support internal and external controls, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll data processes.
3) Support internal and external audits, ensure deadlines are met and request in responded in timely and accurate response.
4) Point of contact for employees on payroll administration and queries.
5) Coordinate and perform troubleshooting and investigation of finger print gadget and payroll system and making appropriate corrective actions.
6) Initiative and promote continual process improvements and implement best practice.
7) Ensure complies with federal and state legal requirements. Enforcing adherence to requirements, obtaining opinions, advising management on needed actions.
8) To comply with all OSH and EMS rules and regulations, procedures, statutory laws and requirements.
9) To understand and support the OSH, QMS and EMS policies and objectives.
10) To occasionally perform any other related ad hoc tasks as the Top Management may deem suitable and assigned from time to time.
