Assist in Payroll Management. I.e Update attendance, leave records, Overtime, Medical claim & personal particular- Responsible for Direct Labour hiring, Employee Relations and Employee Welfare
Organize and coordinate employee's relation activities and company event
- Responsible on employee disciplinary action related matter
Responsible overall office administrative duties such as travel arrangement, purchasing, transport arrangement and etc- Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time
Ensure systematic filling system
