The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Office Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. In this mid-level HR role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing HR administrative tasks, and overseeing daily office operations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical payroll expertise and strong organizational skills to effectively support our team.
What You Can Expect To Work On
- Payroll Processing:
- Accurately processing payroll for our global team on a monthly basis
- Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory reports related to payroll, employee benefits, and other HR functions.
- HR Administration:
- Assisting with onboarding processes, including preparing job offers and conducting orientation sessions.
- Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and leave policies.
- Maintaining employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Staying updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Office & IT Management:
- Overseeing daily office operations, including managing office supplies, company hardware & software tracking, and vendor relationships.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized office environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinating and supporting internal events and employee engagement activities.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally focusing on payroll, benefits administration, and office management.
- Track record of implementing and enhancing HR processes within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient in managing payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
