About Our Client
Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist (Malaysia market) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Job Description
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for employees in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Calculate and administer statutory deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EIS contributions.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including attendance records, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, benefits, and other related matters in a timely and professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Immediate starter is highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work in Shah Alam
