Process and manage payroll for all employees, including the generation of payslips.- Handle statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB in compliance with regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement to all employees.
- Prepare payroll reports and statements for management review.
Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.- Assist in maintaining accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
Assist the HR personnel in charge of the hostel by accompanying them on visits and conducting spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage monthly office purchases, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary supplies.
Support the Human Resource team with payroll-related tasks as needed.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 year of experience in payroll processing.
Knowledge of the InfoTech payroll system.
- Strong understanding of payroll practices and regulations.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
