Job Overview:The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing the organization's payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining payroll records.
Payroll Processing: Accurately prepare and process payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, and income tax deductions.
Records Management:
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including personal details, salary changes, and bank information.Reporting:
Generate and review payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.Employee Inquiries: Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
