Key Responsibilities:- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including computing salary, allowances, overtime, bonus, statutory deductions and others.
Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
Must have experience in operating HR2000 payroll system and Finger Tech Ingress.
- Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms and Form E preparation (including Expatriates income tax computation)
Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MIRB on payroll/audit related issues.- High EQ to handle challenging queries from staff, especially . in related to wages, OT and deductions.
Handle group insurance and SOCSO staff claims.
- Multitask and be resourceful with minimum supervision.
Ability to work with all levels and cross functions.- Must be a very meticulous person.
Training will be provided and guided until you understand the whole process of payroll.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of managing payroll experience with good knowledge of Employment Act 1955
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and systems, particularly HR2000 and Finger Tech.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
