DOO you have what it takes
What youll be working on:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate and detailed quotations are prepared for merchants or users based on their requested services or product offerings.
- Assist users with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting payment issues.
- Educate users on payment services, mobile apps, and user dashboard.
- Handle and resolve user complaints, disputes, and chargeback requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT) to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and generate service reports.
- Compile user feedback to the product team to improve user experience.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and financial regulations when user onboarding.
- Ensure the accuracy of transaction details for user pay-ins and finance team payouts.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, or fintech/banking. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Mandarin (based on business needs).
- Familiarity with digital payments, mobile wallets, blockchain payment or online banking services is preferable.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and with empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, chatbots, and payment processing systems.
