Description

We are seeking a skilled Remittance Processing Officer to verify and authorize remittance transactions (MEPS, TT, Demand Draft, Corporate Cheque) within approved limits. This role involves working closely with team members and customers to resolve discrepancies, meet SLAs, and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process remittance transactions independently within limits.
• Perform callback, signature verification, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with customers and teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet SLAs and manage customer queries efficiently.
• Monitor systems and escalate issues to avoid service disruptions.
• Support UAT and project initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of remittance processing experience (TT, MEPS, drafts).
• Knowledge of SWIFT and remittance regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills; detail-oriented; proactive in managing tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
