Paymaster cum General Cashier - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Paymaster cum General Cashier is responsible to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all payroll related personal data, figures and financial documents. Reconciles monthly payroll expenses, prepare and post the relevant journal entries. Deposits payments and ensures adequate supply of house funds and small changes for all Cashiers.

. Certificate or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
. 3-5 years experience as a Paymaster or General Cashier in hotel industry.
. Must be an intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
. Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
