To be on duty on time and always be presented in a clean and smart manner, ensuring suitable uniform is worn.- To ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality.
To assist the Pastry Chef in the creation of desserts, pastries and breads.
- To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment and report any problems to a senior chef.
To adhere to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labelling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times ensuring that all records of such are maintained.- To be able to take direction and instruction from other team members to help with performance and development of yourself and others.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Chef.
