Responsibilities:- Planning a Cake (Bread, Pastry) production schedule.
Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule.- Recording all of documentation for HACCP, ISO.
Implementing improvements to the production process.
- Ensuring products meets quality standards.
Managing Food quality and safety standard- Managing and record X-ray and metal detector
Prepare production records and wastage.
- Review production workflow.
Stocktaking by daily, weekly, monthly.- Review used ingredients by all products.
Work closely with R&D team for new products and campaign launch.
- Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
Responsible to Production activities is adhered to Halal requirement.
At least 5 years of experience in as production in Bakery industry.- Have experience work in factory is preferred.
Understanding of food standard (HACCP, HALAL & ISO).
- Understanding of safety regulation (JKKP, ISO)
Candidate who poses Halal requirement and working experience will be an added advantage.- Strong organizational skill.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8am to
- 30pm)
- For training purpose - required to travel 6 weeks to Korea (accommodation & travel fee taken care by company)
