Under the responsibility of Executive Chef- Production of different and international pastries
Leading, training, and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
- Attending and decoration the buffets during the service
Participation in the creation of the menus- Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
Ensuring the respect of Club Meds standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
- Development of your staff by organizing training and formation
Requirements:
- Willing to relocate to Club Med Cherating, Kuantan
Has minimum 10 years of relevant experience- Understanding of food safety practices
Experience with cake decoration techniques
- Excellent time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
- Certification from a culinary school is a must
