Job Description

Pastry Chef
  • Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and execute a variety of pastries and desserts, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and bread.
  • Design and decorate pastries and desserts with artistic flair and attention to detail.
Ensure all products are prepared and presented to high standards and meet menu specifications.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Experiment with new recipes and techniques to innovate and enhance dessert offerings.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior staff in pastry preparation techniques and practices.
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special event desserts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,300.00 per month
