Pastry Chef
Create, develop, and execute a variety of pastries and desserts, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and bread.
- Design and decorate pastries and desserts with artistic flair and attention to detail.
Ensure all products are prepared and presented to high standards and meet menu specifications.- Manage inventory of ingredients, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Experiment with new recipes and techniques to innovate and enhance dessert offerings.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff in pastry preparation techniques and practices.
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special event desserts.
