About the role
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing partner marketing programs and campaigns within the IT industry. This role involves consulting with IT partners on their marketing strategies and tactics to drive ROI and achieve business objectives.
You will act as a liaison between internal teams, partners, and external agencies to execute marketing plans, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with company goals. This dynamic role supports partners across Asia and focuses on digital marketing efforts linked to cloud services and technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic discussions with partners to align marketing program goals and objectives.
- Plan, manage, and support the execution of partner marketing plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, ensuring they are informed, enabled, and actively working to achieve shared business goals.
- Drive campaign execution through external agencies, ensuring deliverables are met and any escalations are effectively managed.
- Manage campaign budgets, provide documentation on agency payments, and monitor ROI.
- Monitor partner marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and produce client-ready reports.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to source appropriate materials and support local execution.
- Prepare communication materials, partner training presentations, and enablement content (e.g., landing pages).
- Facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss campaign progress, identify issues, and implement next steps.
- Develop and implement process flows, reporting structures, and documentation for visibility and transparency.
- Present campaign outcomes, key learnings, and program status to stakeholders, identifying best practices for future improvements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Project and Program Management within B2B marketing, particularly in the IT or technology sector.
- Experience working within the ASEAN region in a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing environment, with a focus on the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing and partner ecosystems, with the ability to consult on and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tactics (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) as well as experience with both online and offline campaign types (SEO, SEM, email, events, print, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in budget management, including allocation and tracking for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track ROI and produce insightful reports and analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to serve as a trusted advisor to partners and clients.
- Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and stay updated on market trends and new technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Channel Marketing or previous roles within a Marketing Agency.
- Experience in cloud services, technology solutions, or IT industry-related marketing.
- Experience working on campaigns targeting the APAC region, with a strong understanding of local market trends.
