Position: Partner Manager

Job Description

The Partner Manager serves as the cornerstone of our Partner Department, where you will focus on cultivating robust relationships with our partners and channels. You will be responsible for introducing new products or services to your network of existing accounts. Additionally, you will explore collaborations with new partners and channels. We seek individuals who are outspoken, confident, and passionate about IT software, firmly believing that HR Software enhances productivity and empowers HR professionals to excel in their work. Personalized coaching will be provided to support your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners and channels in Malaysia.
  • Plan and execute Partner strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
  • Initiate and drive the development of new partners.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product, Technical, and Sales Teams to enhance our clients business requirements.
  • Manage and track partner and transactional information in our CRM (via salesforce.com); log all partner activity; ensure partners accounts are current and accurate.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in IT/Software sales.
  • Strong experience in Enterprise and Channel Sales.
  • Independent and driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, to cater to a diverse client base.
