Biopower Sdn Bhd is a healthcare consulting firm that aims to improve healthcare for Malaysia. It currently works with the Joyous for a sessional EIT centre in Pudu. We wish to convert our sessional centre to a full time centre To target the 8 schools in this area along with pediatricians as refferal points. For which we are looking for driven and experienced partner to drive and change the center to full time.
- We are looking for a dynamic EIT Therapist with management experience
Able to adjust to Joyous EIT, IEP and SRP programs- able to be independent and work with the EIP centre to manage the students
Recruit and train teachers as students grow
- Prior work experience of at least 2-5 years in the field of early learning and intervention to excel in this role, you must be playful, positive natured and a create warm conducive environment for children in relation to their condition .
As a special needs teacher, you must be willing to adapt, are resilient emotionally, physically fit to play and have high levels of ownership and responsibility.- This role will provide you an option for a
partnership
if you want to pursue a career in early intervention or in special needs education. To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria:

Diploma, Degree or Masters holder in relevant field- Able to build a framework of early intervention for respective conditions and work with EIP centre
Work well and collaborate with EIP centre and pediatricians.
- Work well under pressure and open to two wayfeedback in setting up protocols
There are always new updates to therapy , keeping in touch with them is a must and following evidence based therapy for ways to improve existing protocols and your outlook of the condition is a mindset that we look for.- Mutual respect for colleagues , a clear communicatorand team work is important to us.
Having management experience is important if your ultimate goal is being part of the practice.

Craft your a program within the vision of the centre of improving childrens livelihood- Financial and administrative support in going down this path
Your responsibilities will include: Support child development through intensive play-based interactions and clinical programs set by case supervisors
Work with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-going children, teenagers and adults
Execute individual and group programs- Work closely with the team/parents to implement goals
Provide in-centre services, home-based or school-based support (to be determined per case basis)
