Responsibilities To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customers order.
- To follow and abide to the companys Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.- Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
Demonstrating and providing information on promoted food items/menu.- Distributing of food samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Experience in F&B line/Japanese Restaurant will be added advantageSaturday & Sunday ONLY.
