We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Tutor to join our team to provide educational support in a range of higher secondary subjects including Science, Mathematics, English, Geography, and History. As a tutor, you will work closely with students to enhance their understanding, skills, and confidence in these subjects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
Be flexible in adjusting teaching strategies and methods to accommodate different learning paces and challenges faced by students.- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to actively participate and strive for academic excellence.
Assess students current understanding and progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Develop and utilize appropriate teaching materials, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements for the above 3 positions:
- Speaks and writes good English
Strong social skills Able to work independently
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, relevant subject area, or related field preferred, High school fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching higher secondary level students in Science, Mathematics, English, Geography, and History.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate morning and/or evening tutoring sessions.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
Prior experience with online teaching platforms and resources is a plus.
