Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant, your primary role is to support the sales team in achieving their goals and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and help maintain a tidy and organized sales environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.

  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and trends.

    Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company.

  • High school, diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail is a plus.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
