Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse for a part-time position to assist in the pre-screening process for potential residents. This role is critical to ensuring that new admissions are a good fit for our facility and that their transition into our care is smooth and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre-screening process of potential residents, including evaluating medical histories and conducting assessments to determine suitability for admission.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.- Monitor and review residents care plans to ensure they are up to date and meet the residents needs.
Oversee daily nursing operations during your shift and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and external healthcare providers to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
Manage and resolve any concerns or issues related to resident care with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license.
Extensive experience in a nursing management role, preferably within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Strong assessment and clinical evaluation skills, particularly in the context of pre-screening potential residents.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, particularly in elder care settings.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin is a must.
