• Job Overview

We are seeking meticulous and dedicated Part-Time Candle Craftsmen and Fulfillment team members. This role involves hands-on candle production, ensuring each product meets our high standards, and assisting with the fulfillment process to deliver exceptional products to our customers. Candidates with no experience are welcome. We are looking for a long-term, permanent part-time employee who can commit to weekdays and weekends, preferably someone with flexible hours. Job training will be provided.

• Character Requirements

Ability to work at a fast pace requires good hand-eye coordination.

• A healthy sense of urgency able to complete tasks in a timely and organized manner.

Organizational skills ability to return and pick items from their respective places, sort orders online, and choose the correct packages for the correct addresses.

• Take initiative task-oriented with the ability to maintain pace and work ethic independently, even when others are not around.

Reliability as a valuable member of our expanding company, trustworthiness and dependability are essential to manage the daily influx of orders.

• Able to work independently after initial training, you should be capable of working on your own when necessary.

Strong communication ability to seek clarification if a task is unclear and communicate effectively with the team.

• Able to work with strong scents comfortable working with strong scents and oils throughout the day.

Physical capability able to lift trays of candles and other materials/packages as needed.

• Responsibilities

Assist in the production of candles and other products.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from different platforms for shipment, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

• Communicate effectively with the team to resolve any order or inventory issues.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

• Help with stock packing, moving boxes, and inventory.

Must be willing to travel to Mont Kiara (weekdays and sometimes weekends).

Mont Kiara. Willingness to travel or drive is required.
