In this position you will....
provide pro-active paralegal support to the Office of General Counsel in Asia and Middle East. You will assist in improving internal legal processes to increase efficiency in legal support.
You will be responsible for
- Maintaining corporate information, company secretarial documents, contracts and legal documents.
- Facilitating signing of contracts and other legal documents by authorized signatories in Asia and Middle East.
- Proof reading and verifying information in contracts and other legal documents.
- Assist the legal function in preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to development and implementation of legal SOP, training programs and initiatives to enhance legal awareness among company employees.
- Assist in research on comparative views on regulations, laws and policy.
- Provide other legal support and administrative assistance to the Legal Team in Asia and Middle East.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- At least 3 years of working experience preferably in law firms, tech companies, insurance/financial services, or other multinational companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Meticulous and self-motivated.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Malay/Mandarin language skills will be advantageous but not required.
