This role will work with the team in conducting soft skill/ personal effectiveness courses for agency agents and leaders. Also need to work on how to develop AD team members with in-houses training modules.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver in-house training modules & follow up follow through programs (if applicable) and uplift agency performance in a sustainable manner.

Regular meeting with respective Agency Growth team to update PEA initiative, training requirement completion report, course promotion, etc

Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for self-development.

Update and complete documentation of training materials.

Job Specification:


Qualifications

Degree in any field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.

Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.

Strong drive and influencing skills.

Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.

Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.

Knowledge

Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English. Multi-lingual has added advantage.
