Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the daily schedule and appointments, ensuring timely reminders and prioritization of tasks.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings when required, and take accurate minutes. Ensure follow-up on action items.- Document Handling: Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Project Support: Provide administrative support for various projects, including research, data collection, and presentation preparation.
- Office Management: Oversee the general office administration, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration Or relevant majors
- Experience in Administration or PA position will be an advantage
