Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns and issues. Assist customers with product selection, orders, billing inquiries, and general assistance. Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM level or above & Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Traditional Mandarin (verbal, written and type) and English communication skills are required for this role
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory.
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (2 rotational offday)
- Willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
- Able to work in Subang Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferrable to start working on 26 August 2024
Job Benefits
RM 4,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI + Up to RM 20 per day Transportation Allowance (10pm 6am)
