Outside Sales Executive - Johor Bahru (JB) (F&B / Foodservice Equipment)

JOB POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE (PENANG & JB)

Examas Jaya is a foodservice equipment supplier based in Kajang, Selangor with a service network all around Malaysia. We are looking for a team member who would like to expand their horizons in the F&B and HORECA industries, working in multi-cultural working environment, with renowned international brands.

• Day-to-day tasks of a Sales Executive:

Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities

• Provide sound knowledge on products and services

Comfortable learning and working with product technicalities, technical drawings, and site visits, as we are distributing foodservice equipment

• Conduct site visits with the technical team to understand customers needs

Develop and maintain good long-term relationships with customers

• Facilitate clients and coordinate equipment demo, trainings, deliveries with the internal team

Work closely with interdepartmental teams, e.g. Logistic, technical, customer service, and finance

• Manage customer accounts and update the CRM systems, to maintaining organized customer records

• What are the pre-requisites

Malaysian

• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience

Have passion for sales

• Knowledge in F&B, HORECA-related and foodservice business prefer ed, other industries are welcomed to apply

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Great negotiation and communication skills

Problem solving skills: ability to think creatively and use professional judgment

• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office suit (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Must own a transport to facilitate travel to meetings and events

• Diploma/Degree holders in Business Studies or relevant fields

Monday to Friday,

• 30am-5.30pm
• Exclude local Public Holidays

• Remuneration:

Basic Salary: RM2,500.00 RM6,000.00 per month (Negotiable + Basic + Commission + Allowances + Cell phone reimbursement + incentives + opportunities for promotions)
