Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations and manage team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and addressing complaints promptly.
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance, and report to management.
  • Ensure that the outlet adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and address any concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM.
  • Previous experience in retail or in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
