Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your superior.
  • Attend to daily service needs and walk in inquiries, ensuring the highest level of response and attention.
  • Promote service and parts sales
  • Handle Customer Complaints with efficiency, aiming for higher customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with Job Controller/Foreman on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
  • Work Independently to prepare repair cost estimates, follow up on work progress, and provides updates to customer.
  • Monitor and follow up on spare parts back orders to ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
  • PMR, SPM, Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Business/ Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years working in automotive-related or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in maintenance and services of heavy-duty vehicle and automotive.
  • Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Recommending appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires. (Added advantage)
  • Balancing tires and completing wheel alignment procedures. (Added Advantage)
