Day-to-Day Operations Management: Oversee the seamless operation of the outlet, ensuring strict adherence to company standards for service and operations.
Team Management: Lead and supervise the concierge team and therapists, managing their schedules and performance effectively.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction during their visits, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
Vendor Interaction: Liaise with vendors as necessary to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.
Sales Promotion: Promote services and products to maximize sales, consistently aiming to achieve outlet sales targets.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stocks and equipment, conducting regular inventories to ensure proper stock levels.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order at all times.
Staff Training: Develop and conduct training programs for staff, including hands-on training for new recruits.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Engage in collaborations with partners such as Klook and Traveloka, facilitating knowledge transfer and coordinating month-end billing consolidation.
Group Sales and Events: Manage group sales and corporate events, handling all aspects from customer correspondence to staff deployment and booking coordination.
